**Company Overview:**   
Our client is a well-established and renowned IT integrator based in Bangkok, Thailand, known for its innovative solutions and commitment to client success. Our client serves the most renowned enterprise clients across Thailand.

They specialize in offering comprehensive IT-Infrastructure Solutions and also Zoho Solutions and are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Specialist / Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

**Role Overview:**   
This role is focused on acquiring new clients (hunting) while also managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients (farming). The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mentality and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the IT and software solutions space.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **New Client Acquisition:** Proactively identify and engage with potential clients across Thailand to introduce and sell Zoho Solutions.
- **Account Management:** Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Industry Focus:** Work primarily with clients in medium-sized and enterprise-level companies, with decision-makers typically being CEOs, CTOs, or other key executives.
- **Product Knowledge:** 
 - **Zoho Solutions:** In-depth understanding of Zoho One, a comprehensive suite that integrates all Zoho applications into a unified platform. Zoho One is often referred to as the "operating system for business" due to its extensive range of tools that cover CRM, finance, HR, marketing, project management, and more within a single solution.
 - Familiarity with Master Data Management and general data experience is crucial.
 - **Microsoft Solutions:** Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and accounting solutions is also an advantage.
- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and client needs, with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth.


**Required Qualifications:**
- Fluent Thai language + English
- **Experience:** Proven experience in sales with a strong hunter background. Experience in IT solutions, particularly Zoho Solutions, is highly desirable.
- **Skills:** Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
- **Work Environment:** Ability to work independently, either from the head office in Sathorn or remotely from any location within Thailand.

**Desirable Skills:**
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and accounting solutions.
- Experience working with medium-sized and enterprise-level clients.
- Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.

**Team Structure:**  
The candidate will join a small, focused sales team dedicated to driving the company's growth in Thailand.
